Trinity Church, New York
One of the most charming and impressive black and whites I've seen. One can feel lonelyness on this one.

Very good composition and tonality.

great tones indeed! SOme of the chairs look like phantom chairs! I love black and whites because they do evoke emotion. In color this would have not be as dramatic! Lovely shot Lissa!

Love the tones, and the composition is terrific! I echo Quintarantino's comment about the impressive quality, but, more importantly, I, too, sense loneliness ... and it's because of the position of that one chair that almost appears to be floating in a suspended animation. And on a completely unrelated (to the content of this image) and personal subject ... a friend of mine is a paid soloist with the Trinity Church choir.

I agree with Ron and Snap2days about the feelings induced by you picture. The framing increase the feeling of loneliness. BRavo

I like the contrast with the lightweight furniture and the massive masonry : well seen, Lissa.

as if we are awaiting something... great patience here -- with a twinge of anxiety. :)
